Privacy Policy

Auros ("we," "us," or "our") operates auros.studio and provides AI-powered content services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We take your privacy seriously — it is a standing rule in how we build and operate.

We collect information you provide directly to us:

• —Contact information (name, email address) when you inquire or sign up
• —Brand materials you share with us (website URL, LinkedIn posts, content samples) for the purpose of building your Brand Voice Profile
• —Business information (niche, target audience, content goals) provided during onboarding
• —Feedback and revision notes you provide on content drafts

We also collect limited technical data automatically when you visit auros.studio, including browser type, pages visited, and general location. We do not use tracking pixels or behavioral advertising.

We use the information we collect exclusively to deliver and improve our services:

• —To build and maintain your Brand Voice Profile
• —To generate content on your behalf
• —To send you content for review and performance reports
• —To respond to your inquiries and support requests
• —To improve our AI models and content quality (using anonymized, aggregated data only)

We do not sell your information. We do not use your brand materials or content to train third-party AI models without your explicit written consent.

Your Brand Voice Profile and content data are stored in a secure, encrypted database (Supabase). Access is restricted to authorized Auros systems using service-role credentials — no public access is permitted. Raw content is never stored in logs. Content is identified by cryptographic hash only in our quality assurance records.

We retain your data for the duration of your engagement with Auros and for 90 days after termination, after which it is permanently deleted upon written request.

We use a limited set of trusted third-party services to operate:

• —Anthropic (AI content generation) — content is processed but not stored by Anthropic for training without consent
• —Supabase (secure database hosting)
• —Vercel (website hosting)
• —Loops.so (transactional email delivery)

Each third-party service is bound by its own privacy policy. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. You may also request a copy of your Brand Voice Profile or ask us to stop processing your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@auros.studio. We will respond within 10 business days.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active clients by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. The current version is always available at auros.studio/privacy.
