The situation

The approach
We built a Brand Voice DNA profile from scratch using 3 LinkedIn posts. The system identified a challenger tone, fast pacing, zero emoji, and a signature three-line escalating structure. Banned words were locked: synergy, leverage, thought leadership, journey.

The insight
The Competitor Gap Radar identified that every major competitor targets writers. The “founder who hates writing” angle scored 9.5/10 — completely unclaimed. That gap became Auros's primary positioning.
